Descriptif du poste : <p><strong>Objectives</strong></p><p>Contribute to the development and optimization of TiHive’s THz inspection systems through embedded software development, FPGA implementation, signal processing, experimental characterization, and product integration activities.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As part of the R&D team, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Develop embedded software solutions on STM32-based platforms.</p></li><li><p>Design and implement FPGA functions using VHDL for signal acquisition and processing.</p></li><li><p>Investigate and implement methods to improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of THz systems.</p></li><li><p>Develop tools for data analysis, processing, and automation.</p></li><li><p>Perform measurements and characterize system performance on laboratory and industrial platforms.</p></li><li><p>Participate in the assembly, integration, and commissioning of TiHive products.</p></li><li><p>Characterize electronic, optical, and system-level building blocks.</p></li><li><p>Participate in system validation, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.</p></li><li><p>Analyze experimental results and provide recommendations for future developments.</p></li><li><p>Produce technical documentation and test reports.</p></li></ul>
Profil recherché : <p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>Engineering school or Master’s degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Signal Processing, Computer Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Technical Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>C/C++ software development.</p></li><li><p>FPGA design and development (VHDL).</p></li><li><p>Python development.</p></li><li><p>Embedded systems development (STM32 or similar platforms).</p></li><li><p>Digital signal processing.</p></li><li><p>Analog and digital electronics.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Additional Assets</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience with Go programming language.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of optical or imaging systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience with laboratory measurements and characterization methods.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Personal Qualities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong technical curiosity and hands-on mindset.</p></li><li><p>Autonomy, rigor, and initiative.</p></li><li><p>Analytical and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Interest in multidisciplinary engineering projects.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative R&D environment.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What You Will Gain</strong></p><p>This apprenticeship provides hands-on experience across the full development cycle of an innovative industrial product, from electronic and optical building blocks to fully integrated customer-ready systems.
